Set up 2FA

Ensure your Belco account is secure by enabling two-factor authentication. Follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Log in: Go to app.belco.io

2. Click on your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.

3. Profile Settings: Navigate to your account by clicking on "Profile."

4. Choose 2FA: Select "Two-Factor Authentication" in the settings.

5. Choose a verification method: Authenticator app or email verification.

   • For the Authenticator app:

     1. Click "Set up Authenticator."

     2. Scan the QR code using an Authenticator app.

     3. Enter the 6-digit code and click "Verify code."

   • For email verification:

     1. Click "Send code to email."

     2. Enter the code received via email and click "Verify code."

6. Confirmation: Two-factor authentication is successfully enabled.

7. Reset 2FA: Contact support if you need to reset the two-factor authentication.
